Accounts

When you create an account or use another service to log in to the Service, you agree to maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to any data or other information you provide to the Service. You understand that if you delete your account or if we delete your account in accordance with these terms, you may lose access to any data previously associated with your account (including, without limitation, progress, achievements, or virtual goods associated with your account). You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in any account created using the Service. We may suspend, terminate, modify, or delete any of these accounts at any time for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you. If you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service, please let us know as soon as possible.

Virtual Goods

Our Service offer virtual items for use within the game ("Virtual Goods"). If you are over 18 years old, you may purchase Virtual Goods, which have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or transferred to other accounts or players. Virtual Goods can only be obtained through in-game transactions.

All purchases of Virtual Goods are final, and they are delivered immediately upon purchase. We reserve the right to modify, regulate, or remove Virtual Goods at any time without liability. If your account is suspended or terminated in accordance with our policies, you will lose access to any Virtual Goods without compensation or reimbursement.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Virtual Goods may be requested under limited circumstances. You are eligible for a refund if:

The Virtual Goods were purchased within the last seven (7) days.

The Virtual Goods remain completely unused.

You forfeit the right to a refund if any portion of the Virtual Goods has been used, including any additional items received as part of a promotional offer. Refund requests must be submitted through customer service (support@wavehub99.com) and will be processed back to the original payment method. The corresponding Virtual Goods will be revoked during processing. Refund times may vary depending on the payment provider.

If there is a fault with the virtual goods received, you may request a refund within three (3) months of the purchase date or thirty (30) days from when you became aware of the fault, whichever comes first.

Your Content & Conduct

The Service may allow you and other users to post, link, and otherwise make available content. You are responsible for the content you make available through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. When you post or otherwise make content available, you grant the Company a right to use, reproduce, modify, publicly perform, display, and distribute your content through the Service. You retain ownership of your content, and you can delete it. Deleted content may persist in backups for a limited time. You agree not to post or share content that:

Is libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive;
Is illegal or infringes on any third-party rights;
Includes private information or harmful code. Additionally, you agree not to:
Interfere with the Service's functionality;
Impersonate others;
Collect personal information from other users;
Circumvent security measures.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and other proprietary information, is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service. Unless expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the Service.

You may create a hyperlink to the Service but may not frame or use framing techniques for proprietary content without consent. The Company is not responsible for third-party websites accessible via hyperlinks from the Service.

Unavoidable Legal Stuff

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. The Company disclaims liability for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Company.
